Haiti Missions Trip Paperwork
Haiti Missions Trips are postponed indefinitely due to political unrest.
Below you will find all of the necessary paperwork you will need in order to participate in our Haiti Missions Trip. There are two different forms of paperwork you will need: Go, Inc.'s papework and Global Vision Citadelle Ministries' (GVCM) paperwork. All paperwork must be completed in order to participate in our Haiti Mission's Trip.
